I am the owner and lead consultant for Soltys, Inc. We are a business development and growth consultancy. This site is an auxillary site to our other business sites, bringing a bit more of a personal perspective.. In the business world, it is incredibly important to build, develop and maintain strong business relationships and really get to know the people we want to bring into our business and our lives.
The picture at the left is representative of things that I treasure - peace, balance and beauty all within a growing, changing environment that must be tended, fed, and nurtured.
If you think about it, the representations found in this picture are a lot like business. My work with businesses and business owners seeks to help them find and grow the peace of mind that a well run business can bring; the balance needed between growth and fiscal responsibility and the needs of the people within our business and those we serve. There is a special beauty in the growth and development of a business that is perhaps second only to watching a child grow up.
It is an ever-changing environment that requires our attention to make sure that the foundation of the business is strong as we feed and nourish its growth.
While we might both be looking at the same picture, each of us will view it differently. As a consultant, my view is with perspective and experienced gained from working with many companies. You are looking from the inside out and quite often need that outside perspective to help you achieve the balance that our combined view can achieve.
