growth & development of client companies.
Today, I am the founder and lead for a highly productive real
estate team called Smoke Rise Agents. I enjoy helping agents achieve their potential and
creating outstanding, marketing for our agents and sellers. Working with the team has also
brought the opportunity to prove the systems I have built in the past has built for other
companies and organizations.
Projects include blogs, content & curriculum development in management, recruiting and leadership training, operational audits, corporate reorganization, transition strategies for changing brands, personnel optimization, marketing campaigns, branding, growth & utilization for a membership based organization.
Over the years, experience has been built not only through consulting engagements but the many roles held in companies - Recruiter, Manager, Relocation Specialist, Property Manager, Commercial Sales, #1 producer, Trainer, Account Executive, Regional Director & Manager, VP - Marketing & Sales, Strategist, Consultant, Special Projects Lead, COO, Director and CEO plus founding and growing four companies.
I have served as a consultant/staff resource for most major real estate brands and several associations. Includes development of key operational systems and implementation as well as work on International, National & Regional task forces.
My business development and consulting roles for technology companies including SAP, other business systems and consumer products. Work in the tech world included several National projects to develop solutions and marketing systems.
My work has produced over 300 copyrights, seminars and tools to her credit including The Commission Plan Workbook, Productivity and Profit through Leads Management, Real Estate Automation: An Intelligent Approach, and Communications. Accountability and structured learning programs I have created include The Horizon Group, Business Health Partners and Recruiting Campaigns.
Service has included the Governor’s Technology Task Force (VA), Economic Development Commission and committees in four states, CRB Technology Committee, President of CASA, Project 66 Committee, fund raising and support of charitable groups. I was elected to and served on the Coventry, CT school board as an officer and negotiator for the school board against 11 unions. Also served on DeKalb Association of Realtors and Director for Georgia Association of Realtors. I was also elected to Tucker City Council to represent District 1.
I have served on several private boards as well as the Zoning Board of Appeals for Tucker, GA. My articles are found nearly monthly in the Smoke Signal News as well as building and maintaining their website and social media presence. I am a member of Stone Mountain Woman’s Club, Tucker Business Association, Smoke Rise Community Association, Smoke Rise Country Club, DeKalb, Georgia and National Associations of Realtors. Many local charities and organizations enjoy our support financially and with participation.

In 2012, I decided to take business local through the establishment of the Smoke Rise Agents Real Estate Team affiliated now with PalmerHouse Properties. I can honestly say that I have not missed being on planes every week, packing suitcases and hotels. The greatest benefit is that it has allowed me to become more involved in my community and make many friends.
